MicroMentor is a free online service that connects entrepreneurs with business mentors. Together MicroMentor and the Kingsport Area Chamber of Commerce are dedicated to helping business owners succeed. 

Scott Mason, Mason Distributors Director of Sales and Operations, has been a KOSBE volunteer counselor and business mentor since his company took two awards in the 2007 KOSBE business contest.  He and his wife, April Mason (also Owner and President of Mason Distributors), distribute Trigger Beeler's Salsa and BBQ Sauce, which is in all Food City Grocery Stores, all Food Country Grocery Stores, the Stock Pot in Johnson City, Good Food Grocery, and is featured by Cracker Barrel.  Scott and April Mason each credit their business success to continuing mentoring and sharing what they have learned with other startups.
