KOSBE Hosts "Taking Your Facebook Page to the Next Level" Training with Beyond Engagement

The Small Business Development Center ETSU – Kingsport Affiliate will host Taking Your Facebook Page to the Next Level on Thursday, July 9, 12-1:30 PM, at your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce. The training is co-sponsored by the Kingsport Office of Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship (KOSBE), your Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, and Beyond Engagement—Social Media Solutions. Lunch will be provided to attendees.

The training is open to individuals and business owners interested in learning ways to improve communications with customers through Facebook.

This interactive training will focus on strategies, tools, and tips for engaging with your online audiences and gaining prospects. We will also discuss the Facebook PowerEditor tool, which allows businesses to create ads based on demographics, workplaces, buying behaviors, and interests.

“It is crucial for businesses to engage with their audience; the problem is that most small business owners don’t know how to,” said M. Valentina Escobar-Gonazalez, MBA, Founder of Beyond Engagement—Social Media Solutions. “The tips that I will be providing will be offer consistency, confidence, and new client leads.”

This training will be led by M. Valentina Escobar-Gonazalez, MBA, the Founder of Beyond Engagement—Social Media Solutions. Escobar-Gonazalez is a graduate of the University of Florida.
